Chocolate Donuts Recipe

Ingredients of Chocolate Donuts
- Flour – 250 grams
- Salt – 2 pinches
- Milk Powder – 10 grams
- Yeast – 7.5 grams
- Bread Improver – 2.5 grams
- Eggs – 1
- Sugar – 10 grams
- Water – 50 grams
- Liquid Milk – 50 grams
- Soften Butter – 25 grams
- Chocolate – 100 grams
- Cooking Oil for Deep Frying
NOTE: If Bread Improver is not available then increase the rising time by 15-20 minutes.
Directions
- Take Flour and add Salt, Milk Powder, Yeast and Bread Improver
- Now mix Eggs with Sugar separately
- Mix dry ingredient already added in Flour and then add Water
- Now add Eggs and Sugar mixture in Flour
- Also add Milk and Soften Butter in Flour
- Mix all these ingredient very well and knead the dough
- Don’t add a single drop of extra liquid while kneading the dough
- Cover the Dough with Plastic Wrap and let it rise for minimum 30 minutes
- Now take each piece of Dough weighing almost 80 grams
- Roll the Dough and use Donut Cutter to remove extra parts and shape it like a Donut
- Let the Donuts rise for another 30 minutes
- Heat the Cooking Oil and put the Donuts in the oil after it gets very hot
- Fry the Donuts on medium heat until they take golden color
- Microwave the Chocolate to melt it
- Dip the Donuts in Chocolate
- Garnish Chocolate Donuts with Sprinkles, White Chips and Chocolate Chips
