Chilli Chicken Dry with Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients of Chilli Chicken Dry

  • Cooking Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Fine Julienne-Cut Ginger – 20 grams
  • Whole Red Chilli – 10 pieces
  • Julienne-Cut Boneless Chicken – 300 grams
  • Julienne-Cut Onions – 80 grams
  • Julienne-Cut Capsicum – 100 grams
  • Julienne-Cut Green Chilli -30 grams
  • Oyster Sauce – 5 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon leveled
  • Crushed Red Chilli – 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken Powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Chilli Garlic Sauce – 3 tablespoons

Directions for Chilli Chicken Dry

  • Add Cooking Oil in pan and heat the oil
  • Then add Ginger and Whole Red Chilli and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add Chicken and fry it for 5-7 minutes
  • Now add Onions, Capsicum, Green Chilli and fry it for 2 minutes
  • Then add Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt, Crushed Red Chilli, Chicken Powder and Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • Now cook it for another 5 minutes
