Ingredients of Chocolate Cookies Recipe

  • Icing Sugar – 125 grams
  • Soften Butter – 250 grams
  • Lemon Juice – 2 to 3 drops
  • Egg – 1
  • Milk Powder – 25 grams
  • Cocoa Powder – 3 tablespoons
  • Flour – 325 grams
  • White Chocolate – for decoration
  • Chocolate – for decoration

Directions

  • Take a bowl, add Icing Sugar and Soften Butter and beat it until the mixture become fluffy
  • Now add Lemon Juice and mix it
  • Then add an Egg and mix it well
  • Now add Milk Powder, Cocoa Powder and Flour and mix it
  • Knead the batter with hands to mix it very well
  • Now shape this kneaded batter as Cookie Bars
  • Refrigerate these Cookie Bars for almost 6 to 8 hours
  • Then carefully cut Cookie slices and put them in a baking tray
  • Now bake these Chocolate Cookies at 180° C temperature for 20-25 minutes
  • Decorate the Cookies with Melted White Chocolate and ordinary Chocolate

Flaky and Delicious Chocolate Cookies are ready. Serve or Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. Give it to your kids in their lunchbox or surprise them with an evening treat!
