Red Velvet Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cupcake Batter
    • Sugar – 160 grams
    • Eggs – 2
    • Vinegar – 1/2 teaspoon
    • Baking Soda – 1/2 tablespoon
    • Baking Powder – 1 tablespoon
    • Cocoa Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
    • Vegetable Oil – 80 grams
    • Yogurt – 100 grams
    • Flour – 150 grams
    • Red Food Color – As Required
  • Butter Icing
    • Soften Butter (unsalted) – 150 grams
    • Icing Sugar – 150 grams
    • PUCK Cream Cheese – 90 grams
    • Vanilla Essence – 1/2 teaspoon

Method

  • To make Cupcake Batter, beat Eggs and Sugar until it becomes fluffy
  • Now add Vinegar and beat for 2 minutes
  • Now beside the Red Food Color, add the rest of Cupcake Batter ingredients and beat it well
  • Then add Red Food Color until the batter takes a sharp red color as shown in the video
  • Now pour this batter into cupcake moulds
  • Bake it for 30-35 minutes on 180° C
  • To make Butter Icing, beat Soften Butter and Icing Sugar until these two ingredient mix very well
  • Add PUCK Cheese and Vanilla Essence into the Soften Butter and Icing Sugar mixture and beat it again
  • Pour Butter Icing into a cone and decorate Red Velvet Cupcake with it
  • Sprinkle Red Velvet crumbs on the decorate cupcakes for a better look
