Ingredients
- Boiling Pasta
- Water – 2 liters
- Cooking Oil – 2 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Penne Pasta – 200 grams
- Frying Vegetables & Chicken
- Cooking Oil – 3 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic – 1 teaspoon
- Julienne-Cut Boneless Chicken – 300 grams
- Julienne-Cut Onions – 80 grams
- Julienne-Cut Tomatoes – 100 grams
- Julienne-Cut Capsicum – 100 grams
- Olives – 20 grams
- White Sauce
- Vegetable Oil – 6 tablespoon
- Flour – 3 tablespoon
- Water – 3 cups
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Mushrooms – 30 grams (6 pieces)
- Crushed Red Chilli – 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Powder – 2 teaspoon
- Fresh Cream – 5 tablespoon
- Baking
- Mozzarella Cheese – 50 grams
- Cheddar Cheese – 100 grams
- Olives – 10 grams
- Thyme Leaves – 1 pinch
Method
- Boil water and when it starts boiling, add vegetable oil and salt as mentioned in Boiling Pasta ingredients
- Then add Penne-Pasta in boiling water and after boiling stain pasta
- Then take out pasta in a bowl and mix some oil to avoid stickiness of pasta
- Then pour vegetable oil on frying pan and first fry chopped garlic as mentioned in Frying Vegetables & Chicken ingredients
- Then add Julienne-Cut Chicken and fry it for 5-7 minutes on medium heat
- After frying chicken add all Julienne-Cut vegetable and olives as mentioned in Frying Vegetables & Chicken ingredients
- And them all for 2 minutes
- Now pour vegetable oil in a sauce pan as mentioned in White Sauce ingredients
- After heating the oil, add flour on very slow heat and fry it
- Once the flour takes lightest golden color, then add water as mentioned in White Sauce ingredients
- And mix it well
- Now add salt, mushrooms, crushed red chilli, chicken powder, fresh cream from White Sauce ingredients and mix them well
- Now add fried vegetables and chicken
- Then Pasta and mix them again on medium heat for 1 minute or so
- Now take out Pasta in a baking dish and add Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese as mentioned in Baking ingredients
- Add some olives and sprinkle thyme leaves
- Now bake it for 10-15 minutes on 200° C
- Delicious baked chicken Penne-Alfredo pasta is ready to eat!
