Ingredients of Lahori Fried Fish

  • Chunks of Fish – 400 grams
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 teaspoons leveled
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi) – 1 teaspoon leveled
  • Hot Spice Powder (Garam Masala) – 1 teaspoon leveled
  • Crushed Red Chilli – 1 tablespoon leveled
  • Flour – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed Coriander Seeds – 2 tablespoons leveled
  • Gram Flour (Besan) – 2 tablespoons
  • Corn Flour – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tablespoon leveled
  • Vegetable Oil – 50 grams
  • Egg – 1
  • Salt – 1 tablespoon leveled
  • Celery Seeds (Ajwain) – 2 pinches
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Water – Quarter Cup (1/4)
  • Cooking Oil for Frying Fish

Method of Lahori Fried Fish

  • Mix all ingredients in Chunks of Fish
  • Marinate in Refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes
  • Fry on Medium Heat for the fish takes golden color
  • Serve the delicious Lahori Fried Fish with Tomato Ketchup or any other sauce that you like!
